Anouk Ellery Founder and lead practitioner
Anouk opened Maison in 2017 after years working in hospital dermatology and London skin clinics.
Her approach is simple: understand your skin first, then do only what it needs. Most clients come for one treatment and stay for the honest advice.

Questions, answered
What happens at a consultation?
We talk through your skin history, your goals and any medical conditions, take a close look at your skin, and suggest a plan with clear prices. Consultations are free and there's never any obligation to book.
Is there any downtime?
It depends on the treatment. Facials and gentle peels have none. After microneedling your skin may look pink for a day or two. We'll always tell you exactly what to expect before you book.
Is every treatment suitable for me?
Not always, and we'll be honest if something isn't right for you. Some treatments aren't suitable during pregnancy, with certain skin conditions or with some medications, which we check at your consultation. Laser and peels need a patch test first.
What aftercare do you provide?
You'll leave with written aftercare and any products you need, and we'll call a few days later to see how your skin is settling. You can message us any time if you're unsure about anything.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us 48 hours' notice to cancel or move an appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged at 50% of the treatment price.
