Straight answers
Can you come out the same day?
Usually, yes. Call before 2pm Monday to Saturday and we can normally be with you that day anywhere in Croydon and South London. No power, a burning smell or anything sparking always goes to the front of the queue.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
Not in working hours. Weekdays from 8am to 6pm there's no call-out charge, you only pay for the work. Evenings and Saturdays have a fixed £75 call-out, agreed before we set off.
How long does a landlord EICR take?
Most flats take 2 to 3 hours and houses 3 to 4. We email the certificate within 48 hours, often the same evening, and tell you straight away if anything needs fixing.
Is your work certified and guaranteed?
Yes. We're NICEIC approved, every job is tested and certified to current wiring regulations, and our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months.
How can I pay?
Card, bank transfer or Apple Pay when the job's done. Bigger jobs like rewires take a deposit for materials, and the rest on completion.
